The role of a personal stylist is to manage and maintain personal styling clients and support their wardrobes ​through the CUNIFORM styling process. This individual will be trained on how we work with clients across all services within the wardrobe branch of the company. You will work directly with the founder to learn our process and support our pre-existing and new clients through personal styling development. You are a self-starter, curious, flexible and admirer of all individuals - no matter their body type or socio-economic background.

YOUR ROLE

​

  • Provide a high level of experience by maintaining brand standards, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining CUNIFORM's core values

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations, adhering to standard operating procedures, service level agreements and showroom/facilities management

  • Recruit, manage and maintain wardrobe clients through all CUNIFORM wardrobe services 

  • Compliance of safety standards and loss prevention policies, participating in inventory audits

  • Communicate and maintain relationships with CUNIFORM owner to drive increased engagement with our wardrobe department  

  • Assume client-facing responsibilities, including welcoming new clients into CUNIFORM showroom/events

WHAT YOU BRING

​

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience -  styling experience is encouraged 

  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively to meet goals and deadlines 

  • Learns quickly, experiments and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

  • Comfortable working inside various client homes/environments 

  • Ability to travel around the Greater Seattle Area to meet with clients in their homes (Valid Drivers License Rq'd) 

  • Spends time efficiently on what is important and will drive the business

  • Can effectively cope in a fast-paced environment with rapid change, while making educated decisions without having the total picture

  • Uses facts and logic to solve problems

  • Is capable of working with a variety of people in multiple settings and styles, and can get messages across that to have the desired effect
